Gratitude

I’m going to share something with you that I’ve thought about for a while. I don’t share it to brag or boast or compare. It’s not a story about money. It’s a story about freedom. It’s a story about a girl who dared to believe she deserved to live a life she wanted to live.

I didn’t quit my job four years ago because I was making a lot of money. I quit my job because I believed in the words my mentor taught me. She told me to be faithful with the little things before I can ever expect more. She taught me about having an attitude of gratitude.

I started to realize that my income was in direct proportion to my own personal growth. If I wanted to create freedom for my family, I first had to start with me. I had to be grateful for where I was in order to get to where I wanted to be.

For the past few years (this year especially), I have REALLY done a lot of work on shifting my mindset to an abundant one. For so many years, lack and fear were my main drivers. I focused on what I didn’t have rather than allowing myself to believe I was worthy to create the lifestyle I wanted. I wanted to create freedom for my family, but I worried about what little we had. My vision and focus was small. Therefore, we never got ahead. We stayed in the same place from year to year.

Today my vision is vast and limitless.

When I quit my job to pursue coaching full-time, it wasn’t because I was making a ton of money, it was because I allowed myself to believe the money was already there.

For the past three weeks, you may have watched our Epic July Travels. This is something I would have NEVER even allowed myself to envision in the past. But this year, my focus was to create AMAZING EXPERIENCES for my family. My focus was not to worry about the costs of our travels.

And when you walk into that place. That place you allow yourself to be, your life shifts to an amazing place.

Imagine this, for years I drove to a job I hated and when I finally quit, I made about $50,000/year. Was that really worth it?

Imagine being able to wake up today, the VERY day after we arrived home to see my biggest paycheck to date. A paycheck in one week that took me over a month to earn in a job that I hated (Do the math or ask me).

Imagine being able to look at my husband and me asking him how much I should plan to earn so he can quit his job IF he wanted to.

Imagine listening to your husband and son walk through the most beautiful park and feeling their excitement as if they were on the set of a movie. Imagine creating that vision for your family.

Imagine driving for miles across beautiful parts of the country and flying to several cities over the course of several weeks and not having to worry about going back to a job you dislike or asking for the time off. Imagine that freedom.

Imagine making well into six-figures doing something that gives you so much joy, fulfillment and purpose. Imagine DOING what you LOVE.

Imagine driving from city to city and filling up your gas tank, staying days in nice hotels and not worrying if you had enough money to cover all the expenses or going in debt because of it.

Imagine sending your kids to camps to pursue what they love.

Imagine picking up the tab for lunch to celebrate the successes of others on your team.

Imagine being able to take your parents to dinner to thank them.

Imagine that freedom.

That’s what I did. I imagined it. Then I believed it. Then I did it.

That’s what I want for you. I want to teach you to to shift to believe you’re worthy of so much more. I want to you imagine that freedom.

I want to empower you to be more than you ever imagined. I want to mentor you and teach you how I did it.

Tell me your story. I get it. I understand. I’ve been there. If you’ve ever thought that you can do what I do, then you’re ready. Just take the first step and reach out to me.

It’s not about money. It’s about Freedom. Freedom to be who you want to be and then to empower others to do the same.
